# Finterm

> Financial data APIs for agents and developers

Finterm gives agents and developers sourced, timestamped financial data: point data
calls (prices, filings, options, ownership, sentiment), composed research bundles, and
async research packages delivered as portable datarooms.

## Where to go

* **[Quickstart](/quickstart):** install `@finterm-ai/cli`, sign in, run your first
  lookup.
* **[CLI reference](/cli/finterm):** every `finterm` command, for humans and agents.
* **Point Tools:** the per-tool reference pages in the sidebar: financial statements,
  SEC filings search/fetch/diff, options, insider trades, institutional holdings, and
  ticker sentiment.
* **[API Reference](/api-reference):** the authenticated `/api/v1` HTTP surface, with
  request/response schemas from the OpenAPI spec.
* **[finterm.ai/llms.txt](https://finterm.ai/llms.txt):** the agent-readable guide:
  setup, install commands, examples, and guardrails.

Every authenticated data and tool call requires Finterm Pro; activate at
[app.finterm.ai/pricing](https://app.finterm.ai/pricing). Account status and
`finterm feedback` work with any authenticated key. Finterm provides factual,
informational data and analysis only, not investment advice.
